What to include
Something's wrong with an order
Send your order number and a photo of the problem within 30 calendar days of delivery. We review each claim. A covered defect, misprint, or transit damage gets a free reprint — or a refund where a reprint can't put it right — with nothing to send back. The details are in Shipping & Returns.
A design got turned down
Tell us what you were trying to make. We'll explain which rule it hit and what would work instead. If it was refused after you paid, you were already refunded automatically.
Your account or your data
Sign-in trouble, or a request to see, correct, or delete your data. Email from the address on your account so we can verify it's you — see the Privacy Policy.
Shirts for a group or a business
Outfitting a crew, a league, a bar, a school club, or a reunion? Tell us roughly how many and by when on the group & business orders page, and we'll reply with a full quote.
Team tees $20 each for 6 to 24 shirts. Names & numbers on the back +$5 a shirt.

An intellectual property concern
If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, email us with the design or product, what it infringes, and proof you hold the rights. Every design is human-reviewed before printing, but if something got through we want to know.
